PBE study plan

The PBE study plan:

1.      Pray for the Holy Spirit to guide your study.
2.      Read a chapter from Daniel.
3.      After you read the chapter, write down the following, identifying the verse(s) where they are referenced. Depending on the length of the chapter you can do the following for a part of the chapter or the whole chapter, just repeat until the whole chapter is finished.
a.      Day 1 - write down the names of people and places, objects, animals, numbers, and any other things that would make good test questions. Some names (like Daniel, Nebuchadnezzar, Belteshazzar, etc.) may be found in multiple verses in the chapter. Write them down for each verse they are mentioned in.
b.     Day 2 - write something that will identify the things you wrote yesterday. Do this for approximately half of the verses from Day 1.
c.      Day 3 - write something that will identify the remainder of  things you wrote down on Day 1.
c.      Day 4 - write down any lists found in the chapter (sons of Judah, four kingdoms of chapter 2, etc.). If there is a list of people or places then you can write them down here again to identify them as a list.
d.     Day 5 - Write down any WOW! texts (verses that have a message that you are impressed is important. A key doctrine text or a text that you think would be beneficial for you to remember even if you weren't doing PBE.)
4.      Write down something that you learned in the chapter that you feel is a special message from Jesus for you for that day.
5.      Thank Jesus for being with you as you studied

It would be possible since Daniel is relatively short to split each chapter into sections of about 20 verses for the writing the things down part of the plan and complete Daniel in about 4 months.
